    When trying to use the “Insert Download” button in a text box, I get the new pop-up window for the download, but it displays behind the text box pop-up window (editor). If I close the text box pop-up window, I can get to the download pop-up window, but then the process doesn’t work, because the text box editor is now closed.

    Mac OS 10.9.3
    Chrome 35.0.1916.114
    Firefox 29.0.1

    I’m not using any pop up blockers.

    Hi,

    Making third party plugins compatible with theme is beyond the support scope we can offer.

    P.S. You can create the download shortcode outside ALB, ex:

    [download id=”2952″]

    OH, I didn’t realize that was from a third party plug in. It is part a plugin I was not using. Sorry for the inconvenience.
