I know the solution posted on other threads for getting product categories to show up as a menu option is to enable it under the “screen options”, but on my site, it is not listed. I’ve attached a screen capture.
It is very odd. I run two Enfold sites, and one site it is there, but this site is missing. I tried disabling plugins, and it still didn’t show up. I also disabled all our custom functions in the functions.php file in the child theme, and it still didn’t show up.
Any ideas?

Do you mind if we take a look at the actual website? I can’t read the website url on the screenshot. Make sure that you’re running the latest version of Enfold plus the WP 3.9 or higher. If possible, deactivate the woocommerce plugin then activate it again.

And I tried deactivating and re-activating Woocommerce, and the “product category” still does not show up under the screen options.

I’m sorry but I don’t see anything unusual on the installation, not sure of the issue yet. Have you tried deactivating the plugins? If you don’t mind, we would like to check the dashboard and if possible deactivate the plugins while testing the site. Is that ok? Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply.
