    is there a Way i can breakup my contact form with having a sub heading element(title.)

    so i want it to say for example

      Client Details:

    Name: ——————–
    Phone # ——————–
    Email ——————–

      Project Details:


    Site Address: ——————–
    Building Consent ——————–
    Lot # ——————–
