Menu problem (fade before click)

Hello,

In IE7 the first menu item options seem to fade before the user can click on the item.

I think because the site isnt using the sub menu

I tried putting in a sub menu but without any options and that didnt help.

Ive found thread similar but it mentions style.css , I seem to have a layout.css and the code mentioned wasn’t in my file.

Please can you help – possibly with a little css to add to quick css ?
