Here is my issue.
When my site is looked at http: the header displays green like i want it to. When you access the site as https:// it is transparent and will not apply the green background color.

Notice the difference in the Header Color between the two
looks like the site does not load http://www.thehealththeory.com/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css
First thing i’d check is the file permissions.
