    The visual editing tab will no longer work. When I try to edit any copy block or section using the visual editor in the Avia builder, the editor opens in the Visual tab, but noting is visible. When you highlight the area, you can see the same text displayed on the TEXT, but it is white. You cannot see any visual WYSIWYG layout or images.

    I just upgraded the theme files to the latest versions available at Theme Forest, but the problem is still occurring. I was going to upload a screen shot, but could not see an option to do so here.

    Hey!

    You can upload screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.
    Please deactivate all active plugins then flush browser cache few times and check if that helps

    Can you post the link to your website please?

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Hi Josue,

    I did try deactivating all 3rd party plugins. The thing that is interesting is when I create a new page the WYSWIG is there on both the default editor and the advanced editor. When I am adding a testimonial box to a page that I already created the wyswig is gone.

    Ah! Problem solved.
    Apparently there was an even newer version of the theme available.
    Did the update and problem solved! :-)

    I visited the website and there are script errors when I checked the console. Please deactivate the plugins then test the visual editor again.
