    Hi – Please note that this is *not* a duplicate issue although it may sound like one. Please see http://thecaloriemythbook.com/?page_id=2330 and then please see the same form on a plain HTML page at http://thesmarterscienceofslim.com/testor.html. You’ll note that on the Enfold site:

    1. Country and City are not in the proper position

    2. There is extra vertical space between all the boxes

    How can we fix this on this page only (aka not sitewide)? Please not that all of the following do not work:

    .page-id-2330 .post-entry.post-entry-type-page.post-entry-2330 .entry-content.clearfix br {

    display: none;

    }

    AND

    .page-id-2330 .entry br {

    display: none;

    }

    Hi stunna42,

    The issue is that the plugin/code isn’t able to output correctly because of a combination of generic class names and inconsistent coding.

    Your best route if you want to do something like this would be to either use the Text tab and only input your html/code into that and never switching over to the visual editor or making custom page templates that you can then use to output a form like this in place of or before the normal content.

    See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates

    Regards,

    Devin

    Hi Devin – Thanks so much. I’ll try the custom page template route.
