Hey there,
I’m using theme version 2.7 on WordPress 3.9.1.
Whenever I use the Advanced Layout Editor and want to edit the Promo Box content (it has content) no content shows when I open the image as you can see in the screenshot. What should I do?

Please try deactivating all active plugins and flush browser cache and let us know if that does not help
