    Hello,

    I have updated my site to the latest Enfold version 2.7.1
    When I try to import font from fontello, I get the following error message:
    “Couldn’t add the font. The script returned the following error:
    Warning: ZipArchive::open() [ziparchive.open]: Empty string as source in /home/ci7bodu0/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 105
    Wasn’t able to work with Zip Archive”

    any suggestions?

    Hi talelie!

    Is this after generating your font file from Fontello? Can you upload that zip to dropbox or something like that so we can download it and give it a try to see if there is an issue with the file or if its something possibly server side.

    I tried the font you shared on my local install and it uploaded and was usable with no issues:

    Do you have the latest version of Enfold & WP? have you tried disabling all third-party plugins?

    Yes for both your questions,
    I have to shut off all the plugins in this site http://www.lib-ventures.com every time that I want to edit any page with the enfold editor, which is not clear to me why?

    I have tried again, on another site, and got the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function attributes() on a non-object in /home/mdoe8kh0/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 182

    Hey!

    We added some additional fallbacks and checks with the next version (2.8)
    ETA is within the next week, so once we update please do the same and let us know if the uploader is still not working :)

    To prevent any thread hijacking by other users I will close this one for now, if the error isn’t solved with the next update feel free to open a new one and reference this one ;)
