    Hey!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .av_secondary_right .sub_menu>ul>li:last-child, .av_secondary_right .sub_menu>div>ul>li:last-child { padding: 0 10px; }
.header-scrolled .logo img { margin-top: 0; }

    I could not see flickering issue on my end. Which browser and OS are you using?
