    Hi

    I have the most recent update of wordpress as well as the theme and I am having issues recieving emails people send me using the theme’s contact form. In fact, I’m not getting any. I’ve double checked the email address is correct both in wordpress settings and also the contact widget on the page. Any suggestions as to what could be happening?

    I also noticed that if I try to send a test email, the only way I’d get an email is if I put the correct email I want the emails going to in the “email” slot. (see image)the email form on my contact page

    Hi,

    That plugin did not work. I tried to send a test email at the bottom of the advanced settings page for the plugin and it said “The email proccess is failed”. I checked the spam folder and there isn’t anything in there. I think it’s not being delivered.

    any other ideas?

    Hello!

    This is more of a server issue rather than a theme one, unfortunately we can’t do anything from our end, you’d need to contact your hosting provider support.
