Hi,
I need to have a field for email attachment, and since Enfold form don’t provide it I looked for other plugins.
The funny thing is that when I install plugins they work fine but after some test they just stop working. Don’t even send emails anymore.
I tried Contact Form 7 (http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7)
Which was declared fine with compatibility
And MW WP Form http://wordpress.org/plugins/mw-wp-form
Much useful but no compatibility declared.
Both of them started working and than stopped.
– I installed and deactivated first Contact Form 7 and than MW WP Form
– I tried them both in Default and Advanced editor
I’ve looked on forums and it may be a theme issue.
Please could you help me?
If it’s possible I would really like the MW WP Form to work. But if you could point me toward any plugin working it would be fine. Or tell me how to add a file attachment field to Enfold form :)
Link to under construction site, pages with forms (MW WP Form plugin):

Thank you very much for any help,
Lucia
July 1, 2013 at 4:10 am #127324Hi Lucia,
What do you mean exactly when you say it stopped working? The theme doesn’t have any interference with a contact form from something like Contact Form 7 on a regular page which is your best route if you want to integrate something like that.

Devin
July 1, 2013 at 10:03 am #127325Hi Devin,
by it stopped working I mean that, by clicking the submit button:
1. no email are sent
2. no attachment either
Ah yes but the confirmation message appear.
By “on a regular page” do you mean that the form will work if I don’t use your Advanced Layout Editor? I tried that actually but with no success.
So nothing to do? No others plugin you would recommend?
See, I’m a bit stuck at the moment because my clients really need that file attachment option.
So any solution or idea, will be tried and much appreciated,
Thank you, regards,
Lucia
July 2, 2013 at 1:52 pm #127326Hi,
Your page is throwing a jQuery error that jQuery is not defined in :
http://www.akab-lsp.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/uploader/uploadify/jquery.uploadify.v2.1.4.mod.js Please ask the developer of this plugin on his/her forum about this error.
It seems you have a lot of different upload plugins enabled at once . Please use only one at a time.
You can try this one as well http://wordpress.org/plugins/ninja-forms/
Thanks,
Nick
July 2, 2013 at 3:42 pm #127327Thank you very much Nick, for your answer.
I did try the plugins out one by one at first. But you’re right, now there is a little mess.
I will do as you suggest and than try ninja form as well.
Thanks again,
Lucia

thank you. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to try Nick solution yet. But I temporarely deactivated both plugins. Please don’t close the topic if it’s possible, the problem on my site is still on. I will be able to do some more testing in a couple of weeks and report the results.
Thank you,
Lucia

August 21, 2013 at 4:49 pm #127331Hi everybody,
thank’s for your help, sorry for the delay: now Contact Form 7 works fine. For the Forum: the problem solved when I got rid of the several form plugin I was testing. I had to uninstall them not just deactivate.

Lucia
