Tagged: blog sidebar
Hi,
my Blog page is http://www.terenure5mile.com/news/ and I can’t figure out how to remove the sidebar or change it to the sidebar you see on the homepage.
Any help appreciated, thanks
Hey GOWD!
Please edit the blog page (Pages > All Pages and click the “Edit” link underneath the blog page title) and on the right side of the editor page search for the “Layout” settings box. Select “Layout” – “No sidebar” and save the blog page to remove the sidebar.
Best regards,
Peter
Hi Peter, that is already the setting on the page, I have selected no sidebar but it is still there?

Hi!
Please create me an admin account and post the login credentials private reply – I’ll check why it doesn’t work.
Cheers!

Hey!
Thank you for the login details.
I’m not sure why the sidebar or layout settings is not working. Maybe because of a plugin conflict but what I noticed is that you’re using an old version of the theme. The update might fix the issue. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi Ismael, I updated the theme but no change to the problem, still cannot remove the sidebar from the Blog page
Hi!
Thank you for the update.
Looks like the settings on Enfold > Sidebar Layout > Sidebar for Blog is overriding the actual page’s sidebar settings. I have to set it to “No Sidebar” to remove the widget areas. Please check here: http://terenure5mile.com/news/
