    We’ve got the latest update for WordPress (3.9) and the latest update for Enfold. When we try to edit a page using the Avia Layout Editor, we can see the content until we click through to actually edit the text. Then the screen goes white. If you mouseover it (click and drag) you can see some HTML in the captured text but it’s essentially impossible to edit.

    Hello,

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Also, the username you provided hasn’t administrator privilegies.

    Same situation.
    I´ve deactiveted all plugins, and I´ve got only one user (wordpressadmin).
    The whiteout is still happening.

    I ran into the same issue. In addition to the white out, the graphical editing toolbar also disappears. I tried disabling all plugins and it did not fix the issue. I disabled Enfold theme, activated another theme, the re-enabled Enfold, and that did not fix the issue. Finally, I upgraded to the current shipping version – the 22 April 14 update – and it fixed the issue for me.

    After downgrading WordPress to 3.8.3 it´s working again.
