    Hi

    The Avia layout builder is not working.

    I have tried going to screen options and turning it on and off but when i turn it on it only partially appears at the bottom of the screen with a spinning circle as if it was trying to load.

    There is enough memory available. What else can i try?

    Hi Faye,

    The only other thing to try is to disable all other plugins and dropins that are installed and running. Outside of that, you can try re-downloading the theme and then re-installing it in case there was an issue when first installing.
