    I’m new to WordPress, so had a test with a few free themes. Decided i liked the platform so bought the Enfold theme for my site.

    Installed the demo data to get a hang of the site, but now i try and update pages such as the Portfolio page and the only thing that updates is the title.

    I’ve googled the problem and have tried uploading WP Super Cache to clear cache but doesnt work, so i uninstalled it.

    A solution would be excellent.

    I have just tried on a default theme and updates work, so problem seems to be with the theme.

    Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

    Hi robbo651,

    If you have a link where we can view the site live maybe we can spot something there. Other than that, I would suggest disabling all active plugins and seeing if that helps things.

    You can also try these methods to increase your php memory limit as many budget hosts don’t quite have enough to run the advanced layout editor in addition to wordpress core and even a few other plugins depending on the amount currently set: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

    Hi Devin,

    The site is http://www.sharkdigital.co.uk

    I’ve disabled all the plugin and still nothing, if you look at the Portfolio tab you will see winter tyres, http://sharkdigital.co.uk/portfolio-item/lorem-ipsum/#toggle-id-3, ive tried to edit this and all that will change is the Title and subtitle, the boxes with ‘ Client, Our Task and Skills Involved’ won’t change and neither will the images.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
