Hi, Can you help me determined what was happen to my contact form? When I click the submit button it disappears and the message was not sent. It was working a day before but I was wondering why it was happen. The theme’s is not yet upgraded because we have to save our custom css changes first before update. Hope that this question will be answered asap because we nee to launch our website very soon.

You’re using a very old version of the theme 2.4.1 and some of the functionality might not be compatible with your current wordpress installation. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Redirectiong after submitting isn’t an option with the built in form.
There is indeed already a javascript error on the site even before trying to submit the form so that sounds like its probably the root of the error.
You might be able to use a third party plugin which has more protected and individual scripts (since plugins are typically a bit more wrapped in their own code) but ultimately the conflict would need to be addressed.
Typically an error like what is showing is from a plugin already active which is causing a conflict with the theme.
