April 21, 2014 at 4:00 pm #253876Hi!
If you are using 2.6.4, please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. Flushing browser cache solved the issue for some users.

JosueApril 23, 2014 at 11:30 am #254839exactly the same here and I was supposed to be handing the site over to the client today, I cant believe this has happened and not sure what I am supposed to say to them now as they will not be able to see their site changes or edit the text in the way i described and sold to them.
the text editor is blank unless you select the text by dragging the cursor over the content window.
I have disabled the plugins
cleared the cache
selected another theme (where the text is visible)
gone back and still blankit is definitely the avia visual text editor that is having the issues
PLEASE HELP ASAP!

April 23, 2014 at 6:25 pm #255106Just checking on the progress of a fix for this newest wordpress update.
let me know if you have an estimated time that you can fix this issue. I have a couple clients that use enfold and are asking me for a fix.April 23, 2014 at 9:18 pm #255221HI I am having the same problem here and have a client waiting for the site to be complete. I also noticed that <p> tags with no closing tag, and <br> tags are being added into the text block elements. I have tried to add
remove_filter( ‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’ );
remove_filter( ‘the_excerpt’, ‘wpautop’ );
But still adding extra <p> and <br> tags everywhere in text-block elements.
Badly need a solution to these problems.Please Help.
April 24, 2014 at 1:59 pm #255489Hi!
Thank you for using the theme!
@fixedopsinsight: Please post the login details here and set it as a private reply. We would like to check it. Make sure that you’re running the latest version of the theme and if possible deactivate all plugins. That will greatly help in order for us to find the issue.
@paic: The text blocks should not automatically generate <p> and <br> tags because of the function avia_remove_autop which disables the nesting of <p> and <br> tags. If you don’t mind, we would like to see the actual website. Please post a sample code that you’re using, we’ll test it on our end. Thanks!Best regards,
IsmaelApril 24, 2014 at 5:09 pm #255603Hallo
Sorry i speak only german,,,,,,,,,
finde euer Produkt genial.
Gruss

@phausner: Thank you for the info but you’re using a very old version of the theme, version 2.1. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. This should fix the issues with WP 3.9. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
@switchplus: Thank you for using the theme. Please post the website url here. Make sure that you’re running the latest version of Enfold, version 2.7.Best regards,
