I am trying to upload icons through Fontello….
I keep getting this error when I try to upload the zip file: Fatal Error: call to a member function attributes () on a non-object in /home/gashland/gashland.org/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/pho/font-manager.class.php on like 179
I am a bit new to WordPress if someone could help me that would be wonderful.

Thank you for using the support forum and we’re sorry that you’re having this issue.
This error is a server side issue which means that we will need access to your ftp. If you don’t mind, please post the ftp login details here. I’ll forward this thread to Kriesi for further investigation.
Cheers!
IsmaelApril 16, 2014 at 11:49 am #252030Hi!
Can you post us the FTP credentials as well please? It seems that during an upload test an error occurred and I will only be able to fix it with FTP login.
Very sorry for all the trouble!
Best regards,

Thanks, but unfortunately with those credentials I can not see the enfold theme folder. I only see a Maildir folder with some empty subfolders and a logs folder that I cant access. No wordpress or themes :/
Cheers!

In order to solve the current problem and also fix the font upload issue afterwards I need to edit the files on the ftp server. since the credentials you sent me dont allow me to do that there has to be another set of login details. Maybe you can get them from your hosting provider?Cheers!

I am afraid without the ftp data this is not possible for me. If you got some kind of hosting panel that allows you to access files directly that might work as well
Cheers!

Ok we are one step closer but still not quite there ;D
If I log in to the admin panel and go to the “Manage Domains” I can see the gashland.org domain with a few links below. when clicking on FTP a new window opens and asks for login details but none of the passwords above works.Do have that one as well? :)

whenever you pass a password please also add the correct username and where I can use it. maybe we just got a misunderstanding.
Please send the information in the following format:FTP data:
Use on url: https://webftp.dreamhost.com/
Host:
Login:
Password:thanks :)

Tells me: Cannot find user, please try again. Make sure your Caps Lock is not engaged!
Are you able to access it? In that case you could simply delete the enfold folder and upload it again…April 16, 2014 at 5:01 pm #252211April 16, 2014 at 5:02 pm #252214yes that will do it. Sorry I’m typing fast today ;P
April 16, 2014 at 5:12 pm #252218Hey!
Site works again and so does the font uploader. next big theme update (version 2.7) will also include the fix ;)
Cheers!
KriesiApril 16, 2014 at 5:13 pm #252220Okay I will go check it out and make sure things are good on my end.

It works fine for me with both your font and a font that I have uploaded: http://cl.ly/V3Uh
maybe its a simple caching issue and you can fix it by shift-reloading the editor page…Regards,
KriesiApril 17, 2014 at 5:38 pm #252807I had icons in our fonts area, and now they are gone, when you upload new icons in zip files do they take the place of the icons that are already uploaded?
April 18, 2014 at 7:54 am #253021Hey!
Yes, if the icons use the same font family they may overwrite the existing items. If you upload another, different font family Enfold will just add them to the icon list.
Cheers!
