I could not get back to this until now. The changes referred to in the post above still do not fix the problem which is that the page is not displaying as I am setting it up to display. It shows the full length of each post instead of the excerpt and read more link which I have it set to.
Hello? Anyone there? Just trying to get this resolved since this is basic WordPress functionality that really should work. Again, the blog page is showing full posts instead of excerpts even though I have it set to show excerpts. Would appreciate any help in having this work according to specs. Thanks.

Thank you for using the theme and we’re sorry that you’re experiencing this issue.
If you don’t mind, we would like to see the actual blog page. Please try the following. Don’t set the blog on Enfold > Theme Options > Where do you want to display blog? option. Also, reset the settings on Settings > Reading, don’t set anything there. Create a new page, we’re going to make this page as blog. Switch to Advance Layout Builder, add the Blog Posts element. Set the “Blog Content length” to excerpt.

IsmaelHi again, Sorry to be slow but even though I have ‘notify me’ turned on, I never get notifications that you have responded.
I think we already did what you explained above and then the link to the blog page no longer worked (it went to the home page instead). But let me try it again in case I missed something.
