I’m having trouble getting the mobile menu to work correctly with MegaMenu enabled.
You can see my site at staging.ezrachurch.com.
For example, in the mobile menu, neither the “About Us” or “Next Steps” menu items will link to their respective pages nor expand their submenu items. I would prefer them to expand, but as of now they do nothing.
Can you please help me diagnose/resolve this issue?
Thanks.April 9, 2014 at 5:20 pm #249338Hi again,
I’ve check thru the forums and documentation, and still cannot resolve this issue. As of now, my menu is essentially unusable on mobile sites. Could you help point me in the right direction? Thanks.April 10, 2014 at 5:33 pm #249854Hi!
Do you have any custom CSS code added in Quick CSS or inside Custom.css file? If so, please paste them here http://pastebin.com/ and post the link here
Cheers!
YigitApril 10, 2014 at 5:38 pm #249856Thanks for your reply. I’m using a child theme, with the following custom CSS:
http://pastebin.com/t6rM7LiBI don’t think there’s anything in there impacting the mobile menu, but I could be wrong.
Look forward to your reply.April 10, 2014 at 5:58 pm #249862Hi!
Can you try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Best regards,
YigitApril 10, 2014 at 7:47 pm #249903I’ve deactivated all plugins. The issue is still the same. Several links in the mobile menu are unresponsive.
I appreciate your help to continue working to resolve this issue. Thanks.April 10, 2014 at 8:22 pm #249917I tried switching back to the Enfold theme w/o the child theme and the menu works. When I switch to the child theme, it does not. I tried removing all the functions and css from the child theme so that it’s essentially just the Enfold theme. It does not work then, either. Somehow the mobile menu is not working in the context of a blank child theme, but I don’t know how/why this would be the case. Any further thoughts/ideas?
April 10, 2014 at 9:56 pm #249937Actually, I take that back…the mobile megamenu doesn’t work in the regular Enfold theme either. I thought it was working, but it had the wrong menu selected in settings.
Still the same problem.April 11, 2014 at 1:25 am #249998Hey!
Can you try re-installing the theme via FTP? – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
It does work totally fine on my local installationCheers!
