Hello,
I love the Enfold theme generally but have run into a strange problem: the site is not responsive on most mobile devices for all three pages on our site using the Advanced Layout Editor. Test pages I have set up on other sites using the Advanced Layout Editor DO work, so I am totally stumped. The AB testing I did used the latest version of Enfold. I cannot figure out what the difference is.Client getting impatient, please help!
Here are the three pages:

The site is looking fine on my tablet (Nexus 7), can you post a screenshot of the mobile view where the responsiveness is not working?
Regards,
JosueApril 12, 2014 at 5:38 pm #250550Hi all, I’m having the same issue. It’s good on the tablet view, but on the smartphone {iphone} it shows short codes. It’s showing short codes on the blog page, the products page, video and audio pages {media tab} and the contact page. Essentially anywhere I used the editor.
The site is [jenniferfordberry.com]
Here are screendshots:

April 12, 2014 at 5:51 pm #250553I finally figured out why the shortcodes kept appearing on certain smaller mobile devices: The culprit is Jetpack. I like using Jetpack, so I hope they are able to make Enfold and Jetpack play nicely at some point.
Hope the fix is quick and easy like that for you, too!
April 12, 2014 at 5:59 pm #250554Thank you Stephan! Any suggestions if my client feels like they have to use Jetpack?
April 12, 2014 at 6:05 pm #250557Unfortunately, that’s as far as I’ve gotten. If you figure out how to use Jetpack with Enfold without shortcodes bleeding through, please let me know!
Hopefully the developers will find the conflict between Jetpack and Enfold and correct it in a future version; I really miss some of the Jetpack features already (e.g., the quick stats).
Godspeed!
