When scrolling down on my site, and then scrolling back up again, a lot of the time my logo stays ‘minimized’. Is this a known issue?

had this as well at times. chrome? shut down of browser would clear

I just checked the website you have posted in your other topic and logo resizes just fine on my end. Which browser and OS are you using?
