None of my images are showing up. I’ve loaded them into the media library, but when I try to add them to a page or the LayerSlider they don’t work. In the LayerSlider, the preview just gives me the spinning thinking wheel; same on the page. When I try to load an image onto a page, it just gives me a broken image thumbnail. What am I doing or not doing?

Do you mind posting the link of the website here? We would like to inspect it. Do you have the latest version of Enfold?
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
They are indeed broken. I uploaded an image on a post. http://www.thewinecountryhomes.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Abducted-46.jpg
Can you please check if the image is present on the folder? Please go to wp-content/plugins folder then rename or remove all unused plugins. Test the media uploader again after. Another thing that you can do is to edit wp-config.php file on wp root directory, add this at the very bottom:
define( 'UPLOADS', 'wp-content/'.'uploads' );
You might also want to increase the wordpress php memory limit to at least 128M because you might experience issues when using the Advance Layout Builder. This is usually due to the builder timing out because of a memory limit in your server environment. The first thing you can do to fix this is to add the following lines in your wp-config.php file located at the root of wp directory:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' ); define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
You can also contact your host if you’re not comfortable doing the adjustments yourself. Refer to this link for more info: http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

IsmaelAugust 23, 2015 at 11:51 am #491840Hi folks
Just started having a similar problem over this weekend.
Photos uploaded for insertion to pages or sliders etc., are not showing in the gallery or on the pages where placed, even though their details are, (size px and kB etc), but the photos are in the ‘uploads’ folder as seen with FTP access, and are also seen if typing in the photos full web location.
Can anyone help please??
Many thanks in advance,,
Mike
(PS: Have increased the max. storage on the web php server directly to 256MB)

Have a similar issue, see: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-image-of-content-section-with-transparent-color-overlay-disappeared/
UPDATE
=======
Deactivated all plugins, and problem seems to be solved… The plugin that caused my problem was External Links. Deactivating this plugin made the images visiible again, both in the media library and at the page.- This reply was modified 9 years, 4 months ago by Marc Bijl.

IsmaelSeptember 25, 2015 at 6:56 pm #509241This issue is currently happening with my site, any time an imager is too many kbs, it just won’t upload at all or give me an HTTP error. I am running current WP and Enfold. Is there a definitive solution for this?
