    Hi there,

    (how) can I remove the Kriesi copyright link from the footer without touching the footer.php file. Is there filter or something else for that?

    And if I need to remove it from the footer of course that is not update save. Is there a recommended wy to deal with a child theme?

    The Kriesi copyright text is static afaik, so it is not possible without editing the footer file.

    Hey Michael,

    In the copyright field just add the following at the end of your custom text:

    [nolink]
