Hi,
I would like to know how it is possible to translate the frontend English elements such as breadcrumbs, “load more”, “search”, etc.? I don’t need to translate the backend, but all theme elements in frontend that are English.

You must install the german wordpress version: http://de.wordpress.org/ .. Also make sure that the WP_LANG contstant in wp-config.php is set to de_DE.
