Hi there! When I switched themes from Avisio to Enfold, all the widgets did not populate correctly. Many came in as Inactive.
Now when I move the widgets from Inactive into the widget areas that were in place with Avisio, I am getting duplicates, which you can see at http://coaching.valiantlane.com/services and at http://coaching.valiantlane.com/client-talk.
How do I fix this?
Thanks for taking a look!
HI there!
Apparently this is conflicting code somewhere, and I cannot tell whether this is a theme issue or a WordPress issue. In the WordPress widgets section, I have removed the inactive widgets and sidebars and created new sidebar with widgets. On the page, I have selected the new sidebar. However, the new sidebar does not show up in the list of sidebars in the Quick Edit section for the page, which shows only the sidebars created in Avisio.
Can you help?
Hi,
Can you create an administrator account and post it here as a private reply?

Josue
Hi Josue,
Thanks so much for being willing to look into this for me, which isn’t necessary now. I found the problem: an activated sidebar widget that I needed in Avisio to get custom sidebars that I didn’t need — and conflicted with — Enfold.
Happy Spring!
