Hi,
Since I’ve done today the lastest enfold update, if I open my website http://www.encanthadas.es with mozilla or google chrome, all the site goes crazy, and nothing is is the correct place. Header or layer slider are not showing as usually. The homepage that has got 2 images, one of them, has lost its link. It doesn’t happen with Internet Explorer. What can I do?
Thanks,

Any caching plugins or server side caching should be cleared so that the front end is displaying the correct and new updated content. The front page of your site is still reading as an old version of the theme while the internal pages are displaying correctly.
Cheers!

I’ve tried to clear cache but i’m not sure if i’ve done it well. Could you guide me in someway?
I’m trying to do a new layerslider, at my homepage http://www.encanthadas.es and at http://www.encanthadas.es/inicio, buy in both cases only works the image slide. If i add layers in the slide, I can see them in the preview but i can’t see them if I open my site (www.encanthadas.es) in a new window.
I’m trying to make some changes at the Enfold Themo Options, I’ve marked in the header layout, logo center and menu below, but it doesn’t display it in the correct way and social icons doesn`t appear.Sorry for the inconvenience.
Regards,

I’ve checked your site, the problem is your site is missing files that layerslider uses, a quick fix is to manually install the plugin. You can navigate to your plugins directory ( using an ftp ) and open LayerSlider folder, then go to where you have enfold files ( locally / your computer ) and upload those using the ftp, files are located in config-layerslider > LayerSlider.
Or you can always reinstall the theme/ reupload the theme.
Best regards,

Finally, I’ve reinstalled the theme, but after, the theme tells me that there is a new update. I’ve done the update and the homepage link has disappeared and the header is totally disorganized and the layersliders doesn’t work again. If is about cache, as Devin said above, I don’t know what to do. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.
Best Regards,

If you can also provide an admin login for the site through a private reply here on the forums we can log in and see whats going on first hand. Its very very strange since the style.css for the theme shows you are using enfold 2.6.2 but the pages still shows version 2.4.4 in the source code with the themes debug output.

You have a second version of WordPress installed in the root of your domain in addition to the one installed in /wordpress. This is causing the whole site to behave so oddly since the root version is causing all kinds of conflicts.
You can try just uninstalling the wordpress install in your root and see if that helps but it may be best, if its still early in the site development, to clear out both and re-build in one single database and directory.
