If there was a way to delete this I would. I found the problem. The checkbox to apply this menu to the child theme somehow got unchecked. I checked it and all is fine
I updated the mega menu by adding another column and moved some pages under it. Saved it. No error. All looks good in the backend, but now all the pages are showing up in the menu on the frontend, but not as the menu I designed at all. You can see parent pages with their subpages instead, and then all the individual pages that aren’t part of a parent as individual menu items. How do I fix this??
Hey Kathy!
Thank you for using the theme. I hope you’re doing great.
That is weird. Can you please give us a link to the actual page? I can’t reproduce it on my end. Did you add any plugins prior to the issue?
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael,
I found the problem. When it saved, the checkbox at the bottom automatically got unchecked so it wasn’t assigned to anything. Next time we saved, the same thing happened. Easy fix.
