Create Icon List or Icon Box with only a heading?

I’d like to create Icon Lists and Icon Boxes without the content text and only a heading. I’ve tried to do this by pressing spacebar in the content box of the Icon List, but I find that strangely cuts off the bottom of the heading. I’ve also tried to do this by pressing spacebar in the content box of the Icon Box, but that only works until I update the page again. Once I’ve updated the page it reverts to the original text in the content box.
