Problems moving site from servers

Hello all, I just moved a site from one server to another doing the following:

1. Backup database from dev server and download it.
2. Created new database in the new server
3. Uploaded sql file from dev server into new server
4. Downloaded all the WP files from dev server
5. Uploaded files to new server
6. Changed wp-config with the new db info
7. Used. search & replace tool to change the URLs

The site is running but the content is not the latest one.

So the big question is how can I get the same versions? I did all this morning so I don’t get why the sites are different.

Any help/advice is appreciated.
