I have a couple of questions and deeply appreciate a quick response as I need to fix this for the client.
1. I added the blog page to menu and I can’t seem to get rid of some content on the Right Sidebar for website here: http://myotechnology.com/blog
How do I get rid of the following text links? Is there a document that shows you how to get rid of this or deactivate, as I do not want to get rid of those temples…just want them off my sidebar.
Blog Grid
Blog Multi Author
Blog Single Author Fullwidth
Blog Single Author Small*********************************************
2. How do I get rid of the gravatar to the left of all current posts and future posts?Is it easier to just add the image to the post rather than adding a featured image? However, doing it this way means I can’t use the grid layout because it shows a blank box.
**********************************************
Thanks for the wonderful support you always give me.

1. Those should be Widgets, check if you can remove them in Appearance > Widgets.
2. Add this code to the Quick CSS:
.blog-meta, .post_author_timeline { display: none; }

The screenshot is blank, can you create an administrator account and post it here as a private reply?

Here’s what happened: if you go to Pages, you’ll see your Blog page and some children Pages below it (these were created when you imported the dummy content after install), then in Theme Options > Sidebar the Page Sidebar navigation option was enabled, therefore creating those links in the sidebar of your Blog page.
I simply disabled the Page Sidebar navigation and the links were removed.

If you are fine with your current install then it may not be necessary to update, nevertheless i’d recommend you to ask the developer a detailed list of which files he modified, so in the future when you need to update you could make a backup of those changes.

There are a lot of options, (AddThis, Shareaholic, etc), try each one and stick with the one you like.
