I have been trying to fix my header font colors, and it looks correct when I see it in the styling option preview, however it is not correct on the front end.
I’ve tried refreshing, clearing my cache, viewing from an incognito window, and changing the background color (yes, I’m saving the options and getting the “alrighty sparky” message).
Surprisingly, when I changed the background color and saved, the color of the background also changed on the front end.
Not sure why this is happening. Can you please help?
February 25, 2014 at 6:43 pm #229131Hi buellfire!
Can you post the link to your website so we can take a look? Have you added any custom CSS code to change the font color?

Thanks for your help. The website is currently set for maintenance mode until I am finished – so you can’t see it unless you login.
Would you prefer I give you a login account?
The link is http://www.HeroDressageSimulator.com
Thanks!

As you will see when you login, my two photos are blurry, but I have high-res photos that I can resize to fit. I just don’t know what size they should be.
Thanks!
February 25, 2014 at 7:21 pm #229151Hi!
You are using boxed layout so 1310px in width would be fine. You current image is 598px in width.
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed to change the color of main menu items.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { color: #008000; } .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a:hover { color: #ffebcd; }
Cheers!
YigitFebruary 25, 2014 at 7:26 pm #229152Thanks for the information. Added the Quick CSS and no change to the header. Anything else I can try?
February 25, 2014 at 7:29 pm #229154Hi!
Please add > mark manually. Please also take a look at http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-main-menu-color/

YigitFebruary 25, 2014 at 7:41 pm #229158SUCCESS! That worked! Sorry I’m still learning about CSS. Thanks so much for your guidance. I really appreciate it!
