How can the custom menu be set up to click through to intrapage links? See what they have done with your theme’s main menu here: http://lebazaarpalmbeach.com – so I know it must be possible — but I don’t know if it was a custom modification or what was done……is it as simple as embedding anchors (somehow) in between the nifty home page sections? Any special way that has to be done?

You can add a developer’s id on Color Sections then create a custom links on Appearance > Menus linking to those sections. Follow the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/
