    Hi Guys,

    I’m trying to set-up a test site on my local machine and keep getting this error and I don’t understand PHP ;(

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\xampp\htdocs\testsite\index.php on line 9

    Please try to upgrade the WordPress. Try to switch to default themes, see if the issue still exist.
