What could cause the Advanced Layout Editor to disappear when adding new Portfolio items? When I select Add New and then select the Advanced Layout button, I just get the Excerpt section; no editor. And the Update/Publish button on the sidebar is also gone. Very strange. It worked for the first few items I created and now it’s gone. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Please disregard this issue. Turns out that the Layout Editor was unchecked in the Screen Options section; even though I didn’t turn it off.
