    Since updating to 2.5.2, my site and 2 other clients seeing these 2 specific files disappear when I check on them each day. I checked the logs on the site and nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Losing those 2 files will prevent the image fade ups from working, you’ll see nothing but white where images should be.

    Hi 3dconge!

    What do you mean by the files disappear? I’ve never heard of anything like it but if you can clarify a bit or show an example that would help.

    I would ask your hosting provider to scan your site and clients site for any security issues first. If you have any common plugins between them you should deactivate them as well. Google if there are any issues on them or check their support forums on the WordPress.org plugin repository as well.

    Nothing in the theme would or should be deleting any files at any time like that.

    Right on, I had some other people looking this as well, we don’t think it’s malicious, Host is on it now, thank you for responding.

    Problem solved. My host has a malware scanning program that was scanning for files, which ended up quarantining the various files from our sites. For crying out loud. Thanks again for your support, you really make it all worth it even when you think you can’t help. Just responding means a lot. Truly professional and awesome.
