Hello,
I have a shortcode that works for a regular page, but not for a page using Avia.
It’s about a Gravity form, the “select file” field doesn’t work.Any idea what could cause the problem ?
Thank you very much

Please try deactivating all active plugins except for Gravity form. If issue remains, please re-install Gravity form and check if that helps. Currently there is an JS error in console

I don’t mean to hurry you, but just to know if someone is still looking at it? :)

It typically takes Kriesi quite a while to get through his queue of topics. If it holding up development I would suggest using shortcodes on any page where you need to use the upload form shortocode instead of using the Avia Layout Builder.

I tested this page again: http://lextraduction.com/accueil-test/
This is the page where the “select files” button is not working before. I checked it again and this time it works. I was able to select a file then submit the form.
Cheers!
IsmaelMarch 2, 2014 at 8:31 am #231224Hi,
No sorry, I changed something but the problem is still the same.
I forgot to tell you that the problem only appears with the “multi upload” field in a Gravity Form. If I use a “single upload” (the user can only upload one file), there is no problem.
I temporarily changed the multi upload field to a single upload one in the form, that’s why it has worked for you.
So, unfortunately, the problem remains.
