Problems with updating to v.2.5.2

I’m sorry to bother you but this morning I posted this on the Kriesi
Support on Theme Forest and I really need your attention to come out of
this situation:

Hi, I’ve downloaded last version 2.5.2 and tried to update the version
previously installed and working (2.5) UNSUCCESSFULLY ! The new theme
resulted corrupted and website not viewable and accessible any more! I
could only return to 1.3 version that was the one I purchased last year. Of
course it is missing of lots of features and upgrades and so the website is
not even the shadow of what it was before trying to update to 2.5.2. I’ve
tried to recover the previous version 2.5 and/or 2.5.1 but no way as in the
download area there is only the 2.5.2 that gave me lots of PROBLEMS! As you
may figure out, this is very URGENT for me as I need to have sliders and
all other features running properly. Please help! thank you !
