We’re currently building three websites for clients using the Enfold theme. On one of them, (http://staging.lakewaleschamber.com) we had a developer come in and give us some customizations to match the client’s vision of the site. However, at some point in the process, the responsive elements of the design no longer seemed to take effect – some elements rendered at full size no matter the screen size, especially the LayerSlider we have on certain pages (http://staging.lakewaleschamber.com/, http://staging.lakewaleschamber.com/chamber/, and http://staging.lakewaleschamber.com/introduction/). I suspect it has to do with some of the customizations, as the other two sites we’re building (http://staging.crosbydirt.com and http://rex4pd.com/hainescityedc) still load perfectly on mobile devices.
Do you have any pointers for where to look for the problem so we can get the site back on track?
All three sites are running WordPress 3.8.1 and Enfold 2.5.

Make sure the layersliders global settings are set for being responsive.
The logo thing at the bottom isn’t using the themes logo element and instead is a static table which will not respond to mobile.
Cheers!
DevinFebruary 13, 2014 at 3:44 pm #223467That was one of the first things I checked – all three sliders are set to be Responsive. There is some positioning code in the bottom logo element, but there is no image attached. Also, I cleared out that code on one, and it didn’t seem to affect how it displayed on my phone.

Please try deactivating WP-Property plugin and check if that helps
Best regards,

February 18, 2014 at 8:35 pm #225721Unfortunately it isn’t really something we can assist with in depth. Once things start getting modified outside of our control it could really be anything.
The best and probably in the end quickest thing to do would be to upload a fresh copy of the theme and then add in each customization to see where the source of the issues are.
This would include copying out and saving any quick css or custom.css you have added in and then adding it back in after one block at a time.
