    Hello ( ^ _ ^ )

    Promo box does not work when setting the external link manually it just goes to the post itself again.
    Any idea to fix it?

    Can you create an administrator account and post it here as a private reply?

    Also, please indicate the Page where the Promo Box resides.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your quick response. I think this was solved. I have noticed the post-format was “link” and it was happening, so I changed it to the standard and now the promo box is working fine ( ^ _~ )d
