We can not get the portfolio grid pagination to work. When you click to advance to the next page you get a 404 error.

When you click on the pagination link it takes you to
http://preview.estlanddesign.com/portfolio-item/page/2/ which is a 404.
Hi Vada!
Try switching your WordPress settings>Permalink options to default and then see if it works.
Then save the options 2-3 times in a row to try and clear out and re-set the settings. WordPress has a habit of having issues with the htaccess file and its permalinks.
