    I’m trying to add custom icons for Yelp and Trip Advisor, following the instructions in these threads:

    I’ve successfully modified both functions.php and register-admin-options.php to add the custom icons, and these show up fine. This isn’t the problem.

    However, since Yelp isn’t a part of the default font pack, I need to use fontello.com to generate a .zip file from the ‘zocial’ pack. But when I try to upload the zip file via ‘General Settings -> Upload/Select Fontello Font Zip’, it gives me the error “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”. The downloaded zip file is named ‘fontello-64d1503d.zip’, which I hope is correct (understanding that part of the name is randomly generated each time). What am I doing wrong here?

    My memory limit is actually already set to 128MB, however I don’t think that was the error I’m getting.

    Hi!

    Unfortunately the “the server didn’t respond” error is very generic and doesn’t help much because it just tells us that the server stopped to process your request. Maybe the ziparchive class ist not installed – it’s a standard php class: http://www.php.net/manual/en/class.ziparchive.php and required for the font uploader. If it’s not installed/activated please contact the server administrator and ask him to activate/install it for you. If the ziparchive class is not the problem please provide a php error log which helps us to identify the problem.
