    &sect in urls put in a special heading text get rewritten
    if I have a special heading like

    This is some text <u><a href="/forums/index.php?app=core&module=global&section=register">blah blah link to our forums.</a></u>

    the link gets rewritten to

    <a href="/forums/index.php?app=core&module=global§ion=register">

    when updating the page
    the &sect of it is rewritten with § which breaks the link
    I could use a URL shortener but that s kind of redundant

    EDIT: Maybe you are not supposed to put urls in the heading text :p
