Hello, we are having an issue where the Enfold theme is not working on our GoDaddy Linux Hosting Server that is running version 3.8 of WordPress. We have tried re-installing this theme several times via the Admin panel and also directly on the FTP server. The site will eventually load, however, it takes an extremely long time. When we switch the site to a different WordPress theme it works perfect and loads extremely fast. We have even disabled all of the plugins that we use on the site and it still does not load.
The website address is: http://www.TNTDealers.com.
When the theme loads, it also has this error message: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0sFNuHIbBjlTDFwSEpFM05RZUVYUGt3MmZlZlBnbjZNZHBB/edit?usp=sharing.
Please let us know what we can do to fix this issue, this is urgent!
Hey nikolasjanik!
The error tells you that the server tried to write the session data but it failed. Please ask your hoster to fix the folder/session permissions and to check all other session settings and the php.ini configuration. There’re many possible solutions but it depends on the server configuration. You can use google to search for more information – the search term “session_start invalid argument (22)” returned useful answers.
Cheers!
Peter
500 Internal Server Error is basically a catch all for the web server that could not really define the issue. It is definitely a server error and not client side such as the theme. I have my theme running on Apache and NGNIX and have no issues what so ever. As Dude mentioned, it is best to get in touch with your provider. Also, where would you have received that error with Google Drive? Did you try adding a doc to the theme?
Hi!
Fortunately the error is more specific in this case. The user posted a screenshot which shows the error “session_start invalid argument (22)” and used google drive for the document.
Cheers!
Peter
