Greetings-
After adding several pages to my site, no plugins at all, theme options no longer appear (screenshot http://imgur.com/kbEcady ). The tabs on the side are no longer visible, and the “Show All Theme Options” button has no functionality. Any ideas?

January 15, 2014 at 5:40 pm #210122I’ll add that I’ve tested multiple browsers, symptoms are the same on each browser. I’m stuck as I can’t add required custom CSS to the theme, or change styling options

The only thing I could suggest would be to re-download the theme files from your downloads on ThemeForest and then re-upload them via FTP.
That way you can make sure there are no errors on upload.

January 15, 2014 at 7:33 pm #210223Bumping – this could be a major issue as site will require a good deal of custom css, as well as editing options provided via “theme options” section
January 16, 2014 at 12:23 am #210382No, updating the theme files does not effect your settings in your database. Those are saved to the theme name and the theme files only work with that data.
If you have any active plugins you should also deactivate them as well.
Edit: Just an FYI bumping pushes your topic to the end of our internal queue and not to the front. We view posts by oldest first.

January 17, 2014 at 3:56 pm #211241Any other solutions? I can’t progress using this template without the ability to alter the theme options. Any additional information I can provide? There are no active plugins. The only tasks completed were uploading a logo, adding a menu, and creating pages

Can you provide a screenshot? I’ve tried firefox, chrome, and IE – From both user accounts, all with the same behavior – none of the theme options appear.
