Hi: Strangely, one of the three blog entries in my blog grid is missing the hover effect. The other 2 have it: http://wpadev.com/letswork2/?page_id=731
I tried to re-create it and the new post has the same problem. Any idea why?

The format of the image is .jpeg. Save it as .jpg then upload it again.
