Another contact email problem

So I’ve tried just about everything and cannot get an email to send from the contact forms. I’ve used Easy WP SMTP, WP SMTP and I have no problem sending emails from the test block in the plugin. When I try to send from a form on any page, the email sends as in no errors occur but the message never gets delivered, anywhere. Not to my inbox, spam, junk, nothing.
