Socialize not working for Pages and Portfolio items - Support

Hi,

I have a site that I am using Enfold on.
http://www.massiveimpressions.com
I have installed Socialize and WP-Socializer on.
My problem is that I can’t seem to get the Socialize bar to show up on Pages and Portfolio items.
Page Example: http://www.massiveimpressions.com/services/
Portfolio Example : http://www.massiveimpressions.com/portfolio-item/talent-stream/
I can’t get the Call-To-Action to work for Pages or Portfolio items too. It looks like the only way the elements will show up is in blog post single page views and archive views, but I have archive views turned off.

So what I had to do is set up Share Center Pro to show up on PAGES and I left Socialize on for Blog Posts. I turned off the Call to Action for the blog posts for Socialize.

This seems like a kinda hokey approach. Can’t Enfold be made compatible with Socialize for Pages and Portfolio items too?

Hi MassiveImpressions!

As far as I know the Socialize plugin doesn’t offer a shortcode or php function which allows you to directly embed the shortcode into the post/page content. In your case I recommend: http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/ which supports some shortcode ( http://www.simplesharebuttons.com/wordpress/wordpress-configuration/ ) and you can even use it for advanced share buttons (post slider, etc.: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-share-buttons-to-postslider-php/ ).
