Hi there,
RE : Pages Widget in the footer
I manage to exclude pages I don’t want there, ok for that.
But pages I want don’t appear in the good order… How can I change that ?
I’ve tried to change the date of creation of those pages in the WP admin (Pages) hoping this would do it… but it doesn’t apparently. And I don’t want them to appear in an alphabetical order. Thanks for your help in advance !
Marie
Hey Marie!
Use this plugin to alter the order: http://wordpress.org/plugins/cms-tree-page-view/

Hey Josue !
Thanks. But is this really the only way ?? If I could avoid to install a plugin just for a simple order of pages… see what I mean…
Thanks again for your help.
Marie
Other wise I could use the “widget menu” instead (because I want pages from the menu only) but then the height-line is different than the other text widgets in the footer, probably because in this menu-widget pages titles are not “underlined” but have buttons, which I don’t want either ! :( Could you then tell me how to change height-line for the “menu widget” / and or (if it’s enough) how to have simple “underlined links” (and not buttons) like in the other text widgets ? May be this is an easier way (via quick CSS) to solve my issue ? Hope my explanations are understandable…Thank you !
Marie
That would be good, use that method and then post a link to your website so we can assist you with the CSS :)

Josue
I can’t do that sorry, I’m working locally. But it’s not an emergency either so I can come back later when the site is online ?
Thank you ! M.
